Baseball Wives premieres on Vh1 Wednesday, November 30 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
The season premiere of Baseball Wives is right around the corner and if you’ve been dying to see what all the excitement is about, wait no longer as Vh1 is giving us ourfirst glimpse of the show in the form of a supertrailer, titled of all cliff hangers: “Tears, Manipulations, And Bikinis”! I’m hooked already!
The new series will follow the lives of five wives, ex-wives and girlfriends of professional Baseball players as they struggle to balance relationships, friendships and chaos. The Baseball Wives are: Anna Benson (wife of retired Arizona Diamondbacks’ Pitcher Kris Benson), Tanya Grace (ex-wife of retired Chicago Cubs’ First Baseman Mark Grace), Chantel Kendall (ex-wife of Kansas City Royals’ Jason Kendall), Brook Villone (wife of Ron Villone) and Jordana Lenz (linked to no particular athlete in particular – but I’m sure she has an MLB ex or two somewhere).

THIS IS A THING
WTF is this?
This show doesn’t really deserve to be titled “Baseball Wives” as much as it should be titled “Another Set of Crazy Bitches Getting Their Own TV Show As If There Weren’t Enough Crazy Bitches On TV Already”
Look, if you’re going to really chronicle the lives of real baseball wives, go follow Matt Cain’s wife and see what she has to deal with raising a baby by herself while her husband is out kicking ass on the road. Go follow Ryan Vogelsong’s wife and see how she had to deal with her husband struggling to keep his job, and even going as far as living in Japan for work.
Go follow every other faithful wife in the MLB rather than further corrupt the great sport of baseball by shining the spotlight on 5 bitches who got smashed by some big league wood at some point in their lives.
But, of course, that’s not what people want to see.
